Shortly before the release of “Choked Up”, Front Porch noted him as an emerging artist of 2026, and it looks like he not only has emerged, but has surpassed this with all the work he has put in. As soon as the song begins, it feels like pulling into the parking lot of a beach on a hot Saturday in mid July. You can feel the sunshine in the sound of the music, and it sounds just how every summer should sound.
