Giving his fans even more after wrapping up his run opening for Jade Eagleson, the release of this song is nothing but highly anticipated.

When coming from a small town, it has to be understood how big some big decisions can feel. Coming directly from Parry Sound, Ontario, Sully must understand this perfectly. Before even finishing high school, Sully made an altering decision to pursue music, giving up hockey and university. To say this decision has paid off is an understatement. It’s easily understood why the fans want to hear more from Sully. The release of this song was long awaited, and it did not disappoint. From the passion in his voice, the captivating lyrics, “Put it on Me” is the perfect description of what it feels like when you start to fall for someone.
Being such a young artist, the elevation of this song that Sully is able to give shows he is talented beyond his years. After hearing this song for the first time, it was an instant favourite, and will never be a complaint for this song to come up next while listening to music. Knowing that Sully is working hard to get himself out there, knowing that there is more like this along the way is beyond exciting. In a world of ever-evolving times, this gives hope that we will always come back to what makes us happy. In this case being a well-written love song that makes you want to fall in love, over and over again.
Sully describes the early stages of developing feelings, and the fear of getting over the hump of accepting these feelings. If only it were as easy as it is listening to this song.
