Aaron Goodvin’s new single “Written All Over It,” is available today – and after a fun game of Jeopardy on Instagram, fans had fun guessing the title of the track over the last few weeks.
Aaron is also coming off a big weekend at the Country Music Association of Alberta Awards, where he captured Male Artist of the Year and Single of the Year (“Country Dance”).
Aaron is also celebrating his new role as “Dad”, as he and his wife have been spending their days with their sweet little daughter who joined their family in late 2023.
Instant Attraction In “Written All Over It”
The high-energy anthem boasts an infectious hook and playful lyrics. “Written All Over It” romanticizes the emotional connection you feel when you meet someone and there’s that instant attraction.
On the song’s inception, Aaron says, “It was my first time writing with Phillip but as soon as we sat down and he started playing that lick on the guitar I was like, ‘I know how to write this!’”
Sometimes when you know you know, in love, and in writing a good song. Aaron says, “It took about an hour and a half. The collaboration just came naturally. Now Phillip and I write together all the time and it feels like we have always been writing together.”
Co-written with Phillip Lammonds and co-produced with Chris Utley, the new song paves the way for a summer full of tour dates in Canada and the U.S.
Laced with Aaron Goodvin’s signature style, “Written All Over It” is for the hopeless romantics who love to get up and dance. The playful track is sure to make it’s way to everyone’s playlist for summer.
