One of Canada’s most iconic country music festivals is back celebrating their 30th year. The 2019 Havelock Country Jamboree will be taking place August 15-18, 2019 in the small town of Havelock, Ontario.
This year’s lineup boasts tons of amazing Canadian country talent, which sets this festival apart from most other major country festivals in Canada. The Havelock Country Jamboree has been part of the country music landscape in Canada for 30 years now. It’s one of those venues that are on country artists’ bucket lists.
This page will be your resource for all things that pertain to the 2019 Boots & Hearts lineup. As more artists are announced, we will update this page.
2019 Havelock Country Jamboree Lineup
Country artist Billy Currington is headlining this year’s Havelock Country Jamboree Music Festival. Billy Currington has been winning over audiences ever since his first single “Walk A Little Straighter” was released back in 2003. Since then, he has had 14 top 10 hits in the United States, 11 of which hit number 1. If you haven’t had the chance to see Billy perform, you’re definitely going to want to head to Havelock this Summer. Billy is set to perform at 9:30 on Saturday August 17, 2019.
Canadian country artist Brett Kissel is everywhere these days it seems! Including headlining the 2019 Havelock Country Jamboree on Friday August 16, 2019 at 9:30. Brett Kissel has quickly risen to one of Canada’s top country artists, and has been busy ever since. Brett is one of the nicest, most down-to-earth artists and also puts on one hell of a show. We’re very excited to see him perform this year at the festival.
Randy Bachman stands in rarified air as a member of a very exclusive handful of artists who have topped the charts in two different bands: “American Woman” with The Guess Who and “You Ain’t Seen Nothing Yet” as leader and singer with Bachman-Turner Overdrive. With a career spanning over 5 decades, the opportunity to see Randy perform at this year’s festival is definitely one to cross off the bucket list. Randy is set to hit the Havelock Country Jamboree on Saturday August 17 at 8pm.
James Barker Band
Canada’s favourite country band James Barker Band are set to headline the Havelock Country Jamboree this year on Thursday August 15 at 9:30. These guys have seen great success over the last few years. It all started when they won the Emerging Artist Showcase at Boots & Hearts Music Festival in 2015. Since then, all their singles have become huge hits in Canada including “Lawn Chair Lazy”, “Chills”, “Keep It Simple”, and many others. They put on such a great show, that you’re going to want to catch them at this year’s festival.
The Road Hammers
Another one of Canada’s country royalty The Road Hammers will be performing at this year’s festival on Friday August 16th, 2019 at 6:30pm. These guys have so much fun when they’re performing, that it’s just so much fun to watch them! They make you feel like you’re part of the show. Get ready to have a great time watching them!

23X Country Music Award winners The Washboard Union have defied classification and have become one of the most exciting and talked about bands in Country music. Led by step-brothers Aaron Grain & Chris Duncombe and their best friend David Roberts, The Washboard Union share an innate love for the art of songwriting and storytelling that has resonated with audiences from North America to Europe.

One of Canada’s top country music artists, George Canyon, is set to hit the stage at the 30th Annual Havelock Country Jamboree on Thursday August 15th at 6:30pm. George has been a staple on Canadian airwaves ever since his debut album One Good Friend was released in 2004. Since then he has had 16 top 10 hits, won many awards, and found a place in the Canadian country music landscape. We’re looking forward to seeing him perform at this year’s festival.
Tebey is an incredibly gifted, and decorated, songwriter. He has written songs for One Direction, Flo Rida, Cher, Justin Moore and countless other A-List acts. It’s been a big year so far for this Peterborough artist. His latest two singles from the EP Love a Girl “Whose Gonna Love You” and “Denim on Denim” both cracked the top 5 on the radio charts. We’re very excited to see him perform at this year’s Havelock Country Jamboree on Thursday August 15th at 8pm.
It’s always a good time when Meghan Patrick is on the marquee! She knows how to please a crowd, and engage with a crowd like few other country artists can. Meghan may be a newer artist, but her sound is anything but – she draws heavy influence from traditional country music:
I love traditional country music. It’s my passion and my goal has been to bring a little more of that traditional sound into the mainstream country market. A lot of what’s out there right now is more on the pop side of country and there’s nothing wrong with that, but it’s just not what I want to do.
She will be performing on Saturday August 17th at 6:30pm.
Jessica Mitchell is one of Canada’s most talented singer-songwriters – hands down. Her folksy, roots-styled music commands the attention of anyone listening to it. Often-times she has been referred to as “the country music Adele”, and we have to agree. Her songs are filled with emotion, that’s impossible not to feel something when you listen to her music. If you have had the honour of hearing Jessica Mitchell Performing, then you must make your way to Havelock to see her perform on Thursday August 15 at 5pm.

In country music, the Front Porch has long been a place of reflection. A place where you can look at the life you have inside that front door. A place where time almost seems to stand still, where you can get away. It’s also a place where you can go to observe the world as it passes by you. To think about your place out there beyond the driveway.
