You may recognize the members of Canadian country duo JayWalker. Their former band is no stranger to our speakers, and their latest single “Drawing A Blank” is a great introduction to this new project.
You may remember the band Hey Romeo. The band has unfortunately disbanded, but Darren and Rob from the group have formed a new country act called JayWalker. “Drawing A Blank” is the perfect introduction to this familiar duo.
“Drawing A Blank” is a song that’ll bring back memories for everyone, says Darren “We have all had friends and relationships in our lives that, looking back, were incredibly fulfilling but life gets in the way and the connection slowly disappears. You think why did I ever let that person go, I can’t think of a thing.”
The guys cowrote this song with Aaron Goodvin and had it produced by our friend Jeff Dalziel. They all did a great job bringing this song to life. Great vocals, vibrant guitars, and fantastic storytelling is weaved throughout this single. It gives us a peak into what we can expect to come from this duo.
