Country artist Nicole Rayy has released her new EP All Woman. It’s a collection of 6 songs that speak to the truths, experiences, and emotions that have built her into the woman she is today.
All Woman is a set of songs that are using Nicole’s voice to contribute to the feminist movement. She has been spreading her “All Love, All Fight, All Woman” mantra across the country, and All Woman is an extension of this mantra that she lives by.
Listening to her music, it’s clear that this country artist draws inspiration from many different places. “I’ve always drawn inspiration from many genres of music and it’s nice to feel like I can include those inspirations into my music, but still tell a story like a classic country song,” says Rayy. “That being said, I do hope this record stands out as being uniquely its own. People have always asked me ‘who do I sound like’ and my answer has always been, I sound like me. This album is 100 percent me and I hope listeners can enjoy what I have to offer as an artist.”
In 2019, we had the chance to connect with Nicole to speak with her about her single “Unfinished”. The songs “All Woman” and “Fireproof”, both found on this EP, are fantastic follow-ups. The EP features fantastic songwriting, and wonderful vocals from Nicole Rayy.
In the lead-up to the release, Nicole introduced her new songs in an intimate performance every day on Instagram and Facebook Live. During that time, she spoke about each single to tell their story and inspiration. What a unique way to release an EP while we’re all practicing social distancing!

About Nicole Rayy
Nicole Rayy has been writing her own songs since she was a teenager, and her talent placed her on the country music radar in 2012 with the release of her debut EP “Only Everything”. But it was her second album, “Dig” that truly solidified her as a force to be reckoned with within the Canadian country scene. Soon after she found herself being a multiple Country Music Association of Ontario Award nominee, playing major festival stages such as the Calgary Stampede, Trackside, Howl at the Moon – and found herself opening up for country music powerhouses like Aaron Pritchett and Brett Kissel.
