Ryan Laird has been a staple in the Canadian country music landscape, and he’s back with his latest single “If I Ever Lost You”.
“If I Ever Lost You” boasts a relatable message and features Ryan’s familiar vocals and storytelling. It’s a song about love and the thought of losing that love.
“This song isn’t what you’d think when you first hear the title,” Ryan says. “It’s about the most quintessential type of love that you could have. It’s the type of love that makes you appreciate what it is, right now, and dare to take guesses, without wanting to ever experience first hand, what it would be like if you ever lost it.”
Ryan is no stranger to the Canadian country industry. In the last couple decades he has been nominated for 2 CCMA Awards, had a song in the top 10. Known best for his top 10 single “I’m Your Man”, and his consecutive Top 40 singles “Girl Crazy”, “She Was The One”, and “Where Do I Go” with Leah Daniels.

Laird was one of the first artists to be featured on the now iconic “Highway Finds” on Sirius XM. He also aims to make a difference in the lives of youth. He has headlined the BiggerThanThat! Youth Empowerment tour, performing for over 300,000 Canadian youth collectively since 2014.
