I don’t have cancer, but the doctor found pre-cancerous cells growing in my body that need to be removed. Sometimes we think we’re fine. Sometimes we think we eat healthy and workout, and that means we should be fine. But never underestimate the power of a check up at the doctor. You never know, and if you catch something early enough, it could save your life. Going in for surgery today, gonna get this stuff out of my body. ??
This news came as a shock to fans, and seemed to come out of nowhere. ! “Sometimes we think we’re fine. Sometimes we think we eat healthy and workout, and that means we should be fine.” explains Ell, “But never underestimate the power of a check up at the doctor.”
According to Ell’s Instagram Stories, she was admitted into the hospital around 7am EST, and provided one more quick snapshot of her in a hospital gown and bed at around 8am EST.
This has been a big year for Lindsay Ell! She broke records in Canada as the first female Canadian country artist to have a single hit number 1 in a decade, and she was nominated for her first-ever ACM Award in the New Female Artist of the Year category.
In country music, the Front Porch has long been a place of reflection. A place where you can look at the life you have inside that front door. A place where time almost seems to stand still, where you can get away. It’s also a place where you can go to observe the world as it passes by you. To think about your place out there beyond the driveway.
