For the second year in a row, country music fans are shedding some tears over the announcement that the 2021 Boots & Hearts Music Festival has been cancelled.
The announcement was made on April 19th on social media. The announcement read in part:
“We are hanging up our boots again for 2021 and our hearts are broken. Due to continuing Covid-19 restrictions and our commitment to the safety of our fans, artists, staff, partners, and community, it will be another summer without Boots and Hearts Music Festival.”

The festival was planned to take place on the official B&H weekend Aug 5 to 8 at Burl’s Creek Event Grounds in Oro-Medonte. This is the second year in a row where this festival has been cancelled because of the pandemic.

They are moving along and planning for a return in 2022 from August 4 to 7. They will be honouring any tickets purchased for this year’s event next year. Refunds are also being made available.
