[ON THE PORCH S1:E14] “Cowboy Stay” or Cowboy Go with Dustin Bird

Dustin Bird on the porch podcast

This week On The Porch, we’re joined by emerging artist and 2022 Artist to Watch, Dustin Bird.

Dustin had a huge year in 2021 which included his signing to Open Road Recordings, a debut album release, the fall single “Get Go” and a headlining show at the legendary El Mocambo in Toronto.

With his new single “Cowboy Stay” out now, we were able to chat with Dustin about his current project and how he’s developed as an artist since his debut record.

Dustin also talked about improving his voice and continually developing his skills and artistry, and the many instruments he’s learned over the years.

In country music, the Front Porch has long been a place of reflection. A place where you can look at the life you have inside that front door. A place where time almost seems to stand still, where you can get away. It’s also a place where you can go to observe the world as it passes by you. To think about your place out there beyond the driveway.
