Canadian country powerhouse Taylor-Rae has released her latest single, “Bittersweet,” available now on all streaming platforms.
Following a year filled with accolades and milestones, Taylor-Rae continues to capture the hearts of fans across North America with her poignant songwriting and powerful vocals.
A Song That Hits Home
“Bittersweet” delves into the emotional turmoil of remembering the good times after a breakup … where cherished memories become as painful as they are precious.
Taylor-Rae explains, “This song is an ode to the memories that led to the breakup and the wish that the ‘It’s not you, it’s me’ was more of a clean cut instead of leaving it bittersweet.” The track was penned by Taylor-Rae, David Evans, Aaron Pollock, and Lydia Sutherland, making it a deeply relatable anthem for anyone who has experienced love lost.

In country music, the Front Porch has long been a place of reflection. A place where you can look at the life you have inside that front door. A place where time almost seems to stand still, where you can get away. It’s also a place where you can go to observe the world as it passes by you. To think about your place out there beyond the driveway.
