On Friday October 19, 2018, Canadian country artist Madeline Merlo released an acoustic version of her hit song “War Paint”, with proceeds going towards the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) Foundation to raise funds & awareness for mental health.
During the 2018 CCMA Awards, it was revealed that over 20 Canadian country artists joined together to form the Common Cause Collective (3XC) and released a cover of the 80s hit “Rise Up” by Parachute.
