Ontario-based singer-songwriter Nicole Rayy releases her fourth studio album, Now & Then, streaming everywhere today.
Featuring singles that have stacked over 2.5 million streams, the album features her newest single “Now & Then”.
Brand New Title Track “Now & Then”
A song of reflection and wondering “what ever happened to”, Nicole went into the writing room with lots to think about.
“This is such a special track that I am really looking forward to sharing. I wrote this one with Craig Brooks, after bumping into someone from my past and reflecting on how their life might have turned out. I have been playing this one in my live shows for the last year and it continues to be the track that really resonates with people. I am excited they will now have the produced track to enjoy whenever they like. Douglas Romanow did a beautiful job producing it in a way that truly captures the emotion of the song.”

“Now & Then” also dials into an emotional tone and pace for Nicole, especially with it following the murder single “Graveyard” and summer party anthem “Last Ones Up”.

As for making it the title track for the album, Nicole says, “Now & Then is the perfect title for this album because it really encapsulates the stories from both my past and present.”
Nicole shares that the album is a celebration of her life now and how she grew up. The album includes some of her biggest singles to date, including “Broken Boys” and “Last Ones Up” which have finally found a home on one record.
On the album, you’ll also find “Sad Song”, “House of Cards”, “Feels Like Yesterday”, and “Graveyard”.
