“Said No Redneck Ever,” co-written with Brent Baxter and Nashville artist Trea Landon, brings a playful energy to the EP. Goodvin explains, “Trea put his southern spin on it and I began to realize that growing up in northern Alberta and listening to Jeff Foxworthy’s ‘You Might Be A Redneck’ as a kid, I related to the song, too! Anyone whose mom is a great cook, or just likes to have fun on Friday night, or who loves their dog, can totally relate. When I perform it live, it’s a true and instant sing-along song. The audience participation is amazing, and when we wrote it, that’s exactly what we wanted!”
