Jade Eagleson performing on the Grand Ole Opry Stage

Canadian country staple Jade Eagleson achieved a lifelong dream on Friday, making his debut performance at the legendary Grand Ole Opry in Nashville.

The multi-platinum artist delivered a powerful performance that showcased his dedication to traditional country music.

Memorable Performance Features Hit Songs

Standing in the Opry’s historic circle, Eagleson performed his hit single “Rodeo Queen” and delivered an emotional rendition of his #1 track “She Don’t Know,” dedicated to his wife and sons.

The packed house witnessed a performance that marked another milestone in Eagleson’s rapidly ascending career.

“I’ve dreamt about this moment my entire life,” Eagleson shared after the performance. “To stand on the biggest stage in country music in front of all of my family, friends and country music fans was an incredible honour and a memory I will cherish forever.”

New Music Release Coincides with Opry Debut

To commemorate the occasion, Eagleson released “Worth The Double,” a two-song pack featuring the toe-tapping sing-along title track “Worth The Double” alongside the heartfelt breakup ballad “Welcome To Rock Bottom.”

The Opry debut caps off an exceptional year for the Ontario native.

Eagleson kicked off 2024 with his third JUNO nomination for Country Album of the Year and claimed Album of the Year at the 2024 CCMA Awards. His success continued with his fifth #1 hit at Canadian Country Radio with “Telluride,” while his latest single “Do It Anyway” featuring Jake Worthington continues to climb the charts.

Throughout the year, he joined international artist Cody Johnson on tour dates across Western Canada and performed at major festivals including CMA Fest and Faster Horses.

Rising International Star

Eagleson’s rise in country music is reflected in his impressive streaming numbers, with over 335 million global streams and more than 130 million YouTube views since his self-titled debut album release in 2020. That debut album holds the distinction of being the most globally streamed debut album by an internationally-signed country artist in history, featuring four GOLD and two PLATINUM-certified singles.

As 2024 continues, Eagleson’s trajectory shows no signs of slowing down, with plans already in motion for an ambitious 2025. Fans are encouraged to follow his social media channels for upcoming tour dates and new music announcements.
