Meghan Patrick has graced us with a new amazing single on her birthday. She dropped “Never Giving Up On You” on March 25th to all music platforms.
Throughout the years Meghan Patrick has told us how difficult it was for her to write love songs that did not come off as cliché and that felt real and authentic.
This past year has been tough on us all and she has learned that it’s not only about the sparks, the good times or the romance to get us through the rough spells. But it’s that one person we can lean on and trust over and over again that’ll be there no matter what happens.
Meghan is a go-all-in type of person when she loves something. But still realizes not everything sticks like we all want it to.
When it comes to true love, it’s knowing all about yourself but when you have found that one person (or thing) you will never give up on, no matter how hard it gets.
Everyone can agree that Meghan Patrick is a real go getter and one of the most exciting country artists today.
On and off the stage Meghan is an unreal human being. She has won the CCMA Female Artist of the Year two times, and has won a Juno Award. She was the first solo female artist to take home the coveted Fans’ Choice Award at the Country Music awards of Ontario, her home province. She won her first Juno Award for her EP Wild As Me and was nominated for three Juno Awards including two for the Country Album of the Year category.
Meghan’s singles “Still Loving You”, “Country Music Made Me Do It” and her number one hit “Walls Come Down” just to name a few have blessed the radio waves and charts over the last few years.
“Never Giving Up On You” will truly be embedded in your mind and soul. It’ll be one you listen to over and over. The lyrics and vocals will suck you in to the flow of this song. She never ceases to amaze us with her music. “Never Giving Up On You” comes out following the release of her video for her high octane song “My First Car” which took us all on a biological ride through her career from the very beginning.
Meghan has some more exciting announcements up her sleeve in the coming weeks so stay tuned and be sure to follow us on Instagram so you do not miss them.

Lyrics to “Never Giving Up On You”
When I was 10 it was Ninja Turtles
At 16 it was my first car
By 22 it was bluegrass music
And Busch Light at my hometown bar
Guess you could say I’ve had a few phases and fixations
Til I went and left them behind
But not you, not this time
I could give up smoking cigarettes
Blowing my money on a Vegas bet
New Luccheses, top shelf whiskey
Vintage vinyl and long cut grizzly
Got a lot of things I can’t get enough of
More than a few I should give up
But only one obsession
That’s forever bulletproof
I’m never giving up on you
You might think you push my buttons
You might think you go too far
But I love how you’re so stubborn
Who you are is who you are
And at the end of the day, that’s what I crave
And I wouldn’t change a thing about it
So baby don’t ever doubt it
I couldn’t live without it
I could give up smoking cigarettes
Blowing my money on a Vegas bet
New Luccheses, top shelf whiskey
Vintage vinyl and long cut grizzly
Got a lot of things I can’t get enough of
More than a few I should give up
But only one obsession
That’s forever bulletproof
I’m never giving up on you
(Never giving up, never giving up)
Never giving up on you
(Never giving up, never giving up)
I could give up smoking cigarettes
Blowing my money on a Vegas bet
New Luccheses, top shelf whiskey
Vintage vinyl and long cut grizzly
Got a lotta things I can’t get enough of
More than a few I should give up
But only one obsession
That’s forever bulletproof
Never giving up on you
(Never giving up, never giving up)
I ain’t ever giving up on you
(Never giving up, never giving up)
Never giving up on you
(Never giving up, never giving up)
Never giving up on you

Hey it's Tim, I was born and raised on good ol' Country music on Vancouver Island, BC. I grew up on classic Alan Jackson and Brooks & Dunn, when I'm not writing song reviews, I love going to concerts and photographing them and enjoying some good music. You can always find me with my camera in hand.
