This special evening is dedicated to raising support for Soldier On Canada, a Canadian Armed Forces program committed to the well-being of injured and ill service members and veterans through sport, recreation, and creative activities.
An Unforgettable Evening of Music and Tribute
Following the success of our inaugural event in 2023, Sound of Remembrance returns with a lineup of celebrated artists who will inspire and uplift attendees with performances steeped in honour and gratitude.
Headlining the event is multi-award-winning country artist George Canyon, known for his powerful music and deep commitment to supporting Canada’s veterans.
The evening will also feature performances by Jason Price from Nova Scotia and Graham Trude, “The Singing Soldier,” from Collingwood, Ontario.
The event begins with an elegant cocktail hour, where guests will have the opportunity to connect with honoured dignitaries from across Canada.
Supporting Soldier On Canada
Proceeds from this year’s event will go directly to Soldier On Canada, a program within the Canadian Armed Forces Transition Group.
Since 2007, Soldier On has empowered over 12,000 members and veterans, offering them a pathway to healing and confidence through active, supportive experiences in sports and recreation.
Soldier On’s impact reaches far beyond physical recovery, helping members rebuild confidence, connect with peers, and explore new possibilities for their future.
Join Us in a Tribute to Those Who Serve
Be part of a community of Canadians expressing gratitude and respect for those who have given so much for our freedom. Together, we’ll celebrate our nation’s heroes with an evening of music, remembrance, and heartfelt tribute.
In country music, the Front Porch has long been a place of reflection. A place where you can look at the life you have inside that front door. A place where time almost seems to stand still, where you can get away. It’s also a place where you can go to observe the world as it passes by you. To think about your place out there beyond the driveway.
