Jason Benoit has released a new single called “Two Wrongs” and music video … and we’re so excited to share it with you!
Jason Benoit has been hard at work with the release of his latest album, Revolution Pt. 1. “Two Wrongs”, the most recent single from the album, has been making waves with its video release on July 14th. “Two Wrongs” follows the success of Benoit’s chart-topping single, “Slow Hand”, which features Leah Daniels.
Benoit combines his smooth vocals with a modern country sound in “Two Wrongs”. Putting his creative spin on a love story told for years, Benoit illustrates the story of two very different people being a good match for each other, no matter their differences.
We’ve appreciated Jason Benoit for his down to earth, laid back approach to his presence as an artist. It’s qualities like this that connect listeners to the story, whether it’s meant to be fun, or taken seriously.
“Two Wrongs” has definitely made its way to our summer playlists, flooding our sunny days with a fast tempo, powerful electric guitar, and playful vibes.
The “Two Wrongs” video is also the product of some creativity. Check it out below for the video in the form of an interactive comic strip. Now that’s a fun way not only to share the story, but the lyrics!

Lyrics To “Two Wrongs” By Jason Benoit
Holdin’ you tonight, neon shining bright all around us
The music sets the mood, couples fill the room, they surround us
I can tell you’re shy, baby tell me why are you distant
Well you don’t know for sure, you’re thinkin’ we might be too different
Girl you must be kiddin’
Cuz you drink tequila, and I shoot that fireball
You got that twang, and I’ve got that southern drawl
You fall in love, and I love the fall
Well right here tonight, yeah we’ve got it all
You like the Beatles, and I like a little Merle
We may be different, but that’s why I love you girl
One thing’s for sure, we’ll give in without a fight
Yeah, two wrongs can make it right
Stay with me awhile, baby I can change your opinion
And did I see you smile, baby do you mind if I move in
Well opposites attract, baby that’s a fact,
There I said it (yeah I said it)
So maybe here tonight, two wrongs can make a right if we let it
Cuz you drink tequila, and I shoot that fireball
You got that twang, and I’ve got that southern drawl
You fall in love, and I love the fall
Well right here tonight, yeah we’ve got it all
You like the Beatles, and I like a little Merle
We may be different, but that’s why I love you girl
One thing’s for sure, we’ll give in without a fight
Yeah, two wrongs can make it right
Baby take my hand, you be my girl, I’ll be your man
You won’t regret this
Put differences aside, I’ll bury yours, you bury mine
And we’ll just let this happen
Cuz you drink tequila, and I shoot that fireball
You got that twang, and I’ve got that southern drawl
You fall in love, and I love the fall
Well right here tonight, yeah we’ve got it all
You like Nirvana, and I like a little Merle
We may be different, but that’s why I love you girl
One thing’s for sure, we’ll give in without a fight
Yeah, two wrongs can make it right
Yeah, two wrongs can make it right
In country music, the Front Porch has long been a place of reflection. A place where you can look at the life you have inside that front door. A place where time almost seems to stand still, where you can get away. It’s also a place where you can go to observe the world as it passes by you. To think about your place out there beyond the driveway.
