Amanda Jordan has been plucking away at both her music and acting career.
The last few years have seen success with her single “I Choose You” landing her a performance on ABC’s The Bachelor, a semi-finalist slot in SiriusXM’s Top of the Country, and support from CMT on a number of singles.
Now, she’s wrapping up a chapter of heartbreak and healing with her debut album Still Standing, available today.
“Still Standing” Empowers Healing And Growth
“Still Standing” is the final single and title track of Amanda’s debut album.
The album also features singles, “You Don’t Wanna Know”, “Tonight I Am”, “Can’t Keep Her”, “Anymore”, and “Someone Who Comes Back”.
Amanda says, “This album was a journey of healing that took me through denial, anger, depression and ultimately empowerment in creating it. By using music as a means of moving forward, I discovered that there can be beauty in breaking and that there is strength in knowing that I’m still standing.”
Known for combining traditional and contemporary influences into her own heartbreak ballads, Amanda has used her own experience to tell the story of healing and heartbreak through the 6-song album.
She says, “From this album, I hope that people will find comfort and also feel confident that all the love they gave to the wrong person will find its way back to them through a love that’s real.”
